The Portland girls basketball team won their 3rd straight game by defeating Olivet 57-30. The Raiders were able to turn defense to offense as they scored 27 points off of turnovers. Portland controlled much of the game, leading at halftime 34-14 and cruising to a 57-30 victory. The Lady Raiders were led by Lilly Thelen who scored 21 points and finished with 8 rebounds. Portland also got strong play from Malia Thelen who had 15 points, 5 assists, 4 rebounds and 4 steals. Kayla Weber continued to show improvement as she had 6 points and 7 rebounds and Alexa Weber finished with 5 points. Bella Spitzley was tough on defense all night and also finished with 4 points and Paige Spedoske chipped in a nice all around game with 4 points, 4 rebounds and 3 steals. The Raiders are now 10-1 on the season.
