The boys basketball program started off their season at Lakewood last night with a triple header. The freshmen squad opened the season with a 50-21 victory over the Lakewood Vikings.  The Raiders were led by Ethan Cassel’s 16 points.  It was a well balanced attack as Max Sandborn contributed 9 points, Brady Rowe added 7 points, and Owen Moore dumped in 6 points with multiple assists. 

The boys JV team started off their season with a 49-43 double overtime victory.   Ashton Telschow led the way with 15 points.  Keaton McGregor chipped in with 9 and Levi Nobis ended with 8; including 6 in overtime to ice the game away. 

The varsity lost a close one but played hard.  Dominic Novara led with 26 points.

The 9th and JV teams play right away again today  in Eaton Rapids and the varsity will be home tomorrow for our first varsity double header.  The JV girls will play here tomorrow at 4:00 also.
