Portland Girls Varsity Soccer wrapped up play this week with an away game against Fowlerville Thursday evening.  The Raiders jumped to early lead with goals by Ashley Bower and Maddie Luxmore in the first half of play.  Portland continued to dominate in the second by keeping the ball in the Gladiators defensive half and creating lots of scoring opportunities.  Bower would find the net three more times in the second half.  Hannah Schrauben and Logan Wezensky would also add goals in the second half to put the final score at 7-0.  Alicia Estell earned the shutout for the Raiders in goal. 

Girls Varsity Soccer awaits the CAAC Cup draw results for next week's game assignments.  They move to 9-4 on the season and have won 7 out of their last 8 games.
