The Portland High School wrestling team competed at the CAAC League meet on Saturday, February 2nd, at Ionia High School.

I felt that the Raiders wrestled well. We ended up with twelve all - league wrestlers. That is impressive.

We wanted to close the gap between us and Eaton Rapids. We had a couple more wins against ER than we did not have when we wrestled them in a dual a little more than a week ago. Caiden Pelc had a great win against a very tough ER wrestler to win a league championship at his weight. In addition, Owen Guilford and Zac Fedewa won their second career league championship.
